Disbelief
We are relaxing at home (same as every night) and I am just watching my little boy sleep I still can't believe he is here and he is so perfect. Just this last week the reality that we have our baby is finally sinking in. I am so in love and just beginning to realize what it means to be a Mom. He is absolutely perfect and I keep thinking I will wake up from this dream and and life will resume as it was before but luckily for me this dream is now our life! Tomorrow he will be 3 weeks old ahhhh! We're grateful he's here last week he weighed in at 6lbs 15 oz he is growing so fast!
side note the darling blanket is from a darling little girl in our ward Analesia she made it for him all by herself (she's 11) she is the sweetest thing We Love her!
WE ARE SO BLESSED!

Mommy Mistakes...
Okay so my first week as a Mom would be explained like this... unprepared!

to sum up the story... we went to the hunting show (at one week old his Daddy wants to start him early) He had a major blow out and I only had one set of clothes... the ones he was wearing. So poor little boy had to be covered in blankets and ride home in just his huggie... wrapped in blankets... Way to go Mom! We now have an extra set of clothes in the diaper bag not to repeat such a mistake.
Current feelings as a Mom
Absolute Love I LOVE THIS LITTLE BOY!
Exhaustion I have actually felt awesome until about 4 days ago and I am so tired...
Worrying like never before... is someone going to take my baby, is he sick, he feels hot, is he getting enough to eat... etc
I should get ready... its noon
Get up before 9 AM how???
Get out of the house before noon and be ready HOW?
My in-laws came to stay for a few days to help THANK YOU, My sister came for the weekend and now my Mom is here to help we have one loved little boy and feel so blessed to have him here! Thank You everyone for meals and flowers and calls to check in on us!
On a side note... people keep saying I hold him too much and am spoliing him rotten... well I've come to the conclusion that I get to. I know what it feels like to have a baby and not get to have him to hold and to kiss and to watch every minute so that is how I will currently spend my days holding and loving and not missing a minute because I'm his Mom and I want him to know just how much we love having him here.
Pics to come of all our visitors :)

Love Like This
I have felt love like this once before... however I had forgotten how much you can love someone so small when I wasn't able to see him everyday. Since both of my boys are contently sleeping I thought I'd share our delivery story. I have been contracting HARD for a few weeks last Sunday night we made our 2nd trip into labor and delivery only to be sent home not ready. I contracted all week and we saw our Dr on Wed she was extreemely hopeful that it was going to be any day. Thursday night the contractions were INSANELY HARD we were up most of the night. We decided to come in at 9:30 AM we were at a 4 and 90% so they admitted us and broke my water and did an internal monitor to watch contractions closely not wanting us to contract too hard where we had a previous c section.
They got us an epidural and I was feeling a lot better about life. They watched us super close. Graysons heart rate kept dropping so they would flood the room with nurses and Doctors prepping us for a C Section then he would come back up (little teaser)and they would all leave. They gave me so much extra of my epidural when thinking we were going to have to do a C Section that I was SOOO numb I couldn't feel a thing I didn't like it. Ash came and spent the day with us helping them move me from side to side because I couldn't help or feel a thing. My feeling started to come back GRATEFULLY and we started 'practice' pushing at 6:15 I jokingly told the Dr "I only have to push 3 times right" She said ummm maybe for a few hours you have to pave the way for this baby to come. She left the room and our nurse helped us push thru 2 contractions and he was coming... she called the Dr and one more push and he was here. 3 PUSHES and THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVER!
He is absolutly perfect! It was such a humbling experience. I have been so scared to deliver vback and now I know there is no better way to go. Our C Section was necessary but if I always have the option to choose I will go this way. It was awesome having my sister there she is going to be a baby nurse and with her and Ray I felt so comforted the whole way! I am so blessed! recovery is rough but I have a baby to hold so who cares ha ha! Enjoy some pics (KAYLA)
He loves his swing! Its a farm land adorable thanks to my Sis, Mom, Grams & SILs
On the way home his first ride in the car and he loved his car seat so far so good :)
Getting ready to go home we got him this outfit the day we found out he was a boy. Blazes little brother!
We are so in LOVE and feel blessed beyond words! Thanks everyone for your prayers and love for our family and this little boy we are so blessed! We're glad to be home and loving ever minute and movement from him.

Progression
Life is about progression right? Well today we got the internet at home WAHOOOO so now we can post the progression of my ever growing belly
This is on Christmas morning I just look fat... don't be jealous! (31 weeks)
This was 34 weeks I finally look pregnant!
I have no idea what my face is doing sorry!
and today 35 weeks and 1 day I can't see my belly button anymore... its about to become an outtie any day
Progression (I should say most)is good :)
Other progression in our lives
Our nephew Parker got baptized yesterday (no pics sorry) it was AWESOME!
Ray goes back to school tomorrow
Ray got the job with Proctor & Gamble
(I'll have him blog about that)
I got my first stretch marks on Friday :( (not a good moment in my life a nearly tearful one to be honest we are so close I thought I might escape without any)
My Trainee at work is all up to speed so we can have this little man anytime.
