Today has been a bitter sweet day for us. Blaze is doing AWESOME! He has had a great day they are turning down most of his machines and trying to let him do things more on his own and from what we can tell he wants to. I got to see Blazes face today it is the most darling face I have ever seen! I honestly think he is the cuttest baby in the world! I know that ever Mom thinks that but I am in absolute LOVE with this little Man! We went to see him quite a bit today and each time we did we feel so at peace he has been constantly improving despite what the Doctors say he is our little Miracle. We met with 3 different Doctors and nurses gallore today it is so overwhelming but the nurses are so positive it really helps us. We also met with a social worker for parents of preemees and she was awesome she gave us so much helpful information and they offer so many classes for parents who have to keep their babies in the NICU for long periods of time. The staff all the way around have been so helpful our little man is in good hands! We are now home it is so hard to be away from the Hospital because Blaze has to stay there but it so good to be home and be able to make our house even more of a home for him.
We just want to say THANK YOU so much for all of the prayers and fasting and everything that has been done for our family. We have no doubt that your prayers have blessed our little family more than you may ever know. Each time we see Blaze I am in awe at just how much he is watched over by our Heavenly Father and am so amazed at how much love this little boy has brought into the lives of others in just 3 days. We are blessed beyond measure and just want to always say THANK YOU for caring so much!
Hopefully tomorrow will be even better for him than today! Until then We Love You!

Janet!!! I can't believe this! I have been out of the blogging world for a few days and I couldn't believe when I saw the pictures of your handsome little boy. I am so sorry for everything you have had to go through. I can't even imagine.. Remember that our trials are meant to make us stronger. I am so glad that he is doing so well. He is a fighter! I hope and pray that he will grow stronger every day, and you will soon be able to take him home. My prayers are with you and if there's anything I can do, please let me know. The name fits him perfectly! He is beautiful!
What an absolutely fantastic looking little man. I love him clear from here. Janet & Ray, you are totally in our thoughts and prayers. Each provides memories that you will store forever. When Blaze gets bigger you can tell him about the miracle of his birth and Heavenly Fathers hand in it and the power of prayer from people he doesn't even know but love him.
Take care of yourself my sweetheart. You and Ray. You have to be prepared to bring that little one home.

I'm one of Ashleigh's neighbors too. Your cute family is in our prayers. Our little boy was in the NICU and I am still amazed at the lessons that I learned in the short time we were there, mostly that our Heavenly Father sure loves us and miracles happen every day! Congratulations on your cute little fighter!

Oh Janet! He is so freaking cute! I have just been worried sick, I am so glad that he's doing so well, I just bawl every time i think of what you are going through as a parent! Isn't it crazy how much you can love someone you just met!? You guys are in my thoughts and prayers! Love you!

Holy crap- It's true I have the cutest nephew in the world- I love him so much! please give him kisses daily for me- I wish I was there closer, but I am so glad your not too far away! I hope everything continues to go good- I love that little man!
