Busy Busy Busy

It has been a very busy week but a very very good one! Here is what we have been up to... I started watching our good friends little boy Oliver HE IS SO CUTE! And such a good boy! I was worried going from one to two but it has been awesome they love each other and I get so much more done that just with the G man He is such a sweetie!
We canned a whole bunch of goodness! And the BOYS were SO GOOD!
35 jars of Pears and 6 of Pear Butter 44 jars of Tomatoes and 39 of Salsa... and 29 Quarts of Grape Juice.. all done in 3 days with my adorable Sister in Law Elena... it was really a huge blessing the pears and grapes were free... we have a pear tree and grapes and Elena had grapes. Then my Adorable Mom and Sweet Sister picked the Tomatoes for us and we got an AWESOME Storage from it. Still a little more to do this week but it is mostly done.
Ray has been growing his hair out for Locks of Love a goal he has had for a few months.. this is only growing it out for 7 weeks so long and shaggy! However we are in desperate need of a job and he has a really good chance at getting a pt job for an engineering company called Williams where they are really professional... so in hopes of an interview this week we thought he should be ready so he cut it off... He is SO Handsome! Locks of Love still to come... please pray for us to get that job :)
Grayson is cutting teeth... not so fun he is still his happee little self he has just learned to scream NOT SO FUN ha ha but he bring so much JOY to our little family it is so fun to watch him grow and learn my new favorite thing is he holds his own bottle finally... his new favorite way to sleep. These are his so cute 12 MONTH jammies... its not the roundness that gets us its his height... he is so tall 28 inches already... he's grown and inch a month since he was born crazy kid Love Him!He has one little tooth poking thru...
We were also able to attend the temple with our sweet cousin Lisa to get her endowments it was so great to be there then we got a text on Tuesday letting us know she would be sealed to our cousin Shane on Thursday... just two days after they received their clearance. It was one of the most spiritual experiences of my life. To see them work so hard to be sealed and then to see them sealed as a family to their sweet little girl Mia was an experience I will never forget! It made me realize just how much Heavenly Father loves his little children. It was amazing I am so grateful to have the blessing of being sealed to my boys and sweet husband for eternity! LOVE YOU SIS

This is my cousin Cami and her husband Ryan. Cami has been in and out of our lives since I was small due to some silly family ties... she was never really allowed to spend much time with the 'Nessen' family. However thanks to Facebook and adulthood she decided she wanted to spend some time with our family. So she came to Utah in April and spent a week with us and then she came back in July and stayed for a month. We had a GREAT time with her we went to the zoo, the park, and up on Grandpa Nessens hill to let the kids play. It was like we had never missed a minute we just picked right up where we left off and instantly loved each other. I text her on Sunday to see if she was hit by the Hurricane at all she lives in North Carolina. She said they just got rain luckily... then went onto say that she had been having awful headaches for a few weeks and was seeing doubles and had blurred vision. I told her to go to the doctor and keep us posted on what it was... he last text to me was 'Love you SIS' I woke up to a call yesterday morning at 6:30 letting me know that Cami had passed away in her sleep and we now know that it was an aneurysm in her brain. My heart aches at the loss of someone so great! One of our own... her sweet little kids and husband without a Mom.. my Uncle without any living kids life seems so unfair sometimes!
This has really hit a hard key at home... we are the same age and its a hard pill to swallow when those little kids love her so much! Her husband is amazing but what an awful trial to have to face... Please keep her family in your prayers. Cami WE LOVE YOU and MISS YOU SO MUCH ALREADY! Earth is really at a loss without you in it... and Heaven has another angel unlike any other. WE LOVE YOU SIS! 29 Time to Shine

29 WHAT!! Where is the time going?? Every year I have a theme for the year to come... i totally can't remember what 28 was I think it was 28 looking great UMMM that only happened a little due to pregnancy but I am grateful to have our little guy so there will be no complaining. So I have lots of themes for 29 but the one that seems the most applicaplicable is 29 TIME TO SHINE. I freak out a little at the thought of not being in my 20's anymore but I'm also convincing myself 30's will will great however lets save that for later. 29 will be a great year I refuse to let the twentys leave without going out with a bang so this year I will do things I have never done before and try my hardest to worry less and love more. Happee 29 to me ha ha.
Now in other updates...
We are still living in Howell though it hardly feels like it we are gone every weekend but we are loving being so close to family.
I see my Sister all the time I can't get enough of her we are having so much fun together!
We went to Seven Peaks with T&E and A&M had a BLAST all got a little burned but are so glad we got season passes so fun! It's like going for free
Grayson is growin like a weed! At his 4 month apt he was 15lbs 15 oz and 25 inches long he is 78 % for height & 70 for weight. WE LOVE HIM! He is starting to roll over and loves bathtime and talking up a storm.
Ray is loving P&G they are a great company

Baby Blaze,
Happee Happee Birthday our sweet little angel! Today you would be 2 I can't believe how quickly the time has gone. I can't believe it has been 2 years since we faced the greatest joy and greatest heartache we have ever felt. Not one day goes by that we don't think of you and pray that you will know how much you are loved and missed. Thank you for coming to our family and for blessing the lives of so many in your short week on earth. Each day as I watch your brother grow I think he looks so much like what you would like at his age. You both look just like your handsome daddy. I know he sees you in his dreams each time we talk about you he gets a little smile on his face he knows who you are. He got some balloons for you today and wanted to hold one before we put them on your grave. Thank you for watching over us from heaven and bringing heaven near. We love you so much and can't wait to hold you in our arms, to rock you and to sing sweet lullabys to you. We sent a balloon to heaven for you today share it with Malia and know how much WE LOVE & MISS YOU!

Make a Difference in May (Year 2)

It is May already!! This May will mark 2 years since we had our little Angel Blaze & he returned home to heaven.I can't believe it has been 2 years... not a single day goes by that we don't think of him, miss him, and pray to let him know how much he is loved.


Last May we decided as a way of honoring Blaze we would do "Making a difference in May" to honor our little angel by serving someone in need. Thank You everyone who joined us in making a difference in the lives of others like our little Blaze did in his short time on earth. Thank you for sharing your touching stories with us and for helping us to find a way to bridge the gap between here and heaven.
This year we would like to once again extend the invitation to join our family in making a difference in May, to bless the lives of others and serve others in need. We are often the ones who receive more than the ones served. So as you go about your day to day lives we would love for you to join us in helping others along their way.

We would LOVE to hear your stories and services done for others they will be added to Blazes book and our families memories forever! Thank You for supporting and Loving our family through sunshine and rain we are blessed to have angels in heaven and angels on earth in our lives. We love You!

Easter Weekend

We had a very busy but very fun Easter Weekend. We went to Howell to be with my family Easter is a big deal we always celebrate it together. We had a great time we always do :) We also started a little moving into my brothers house we are renting for the summer... good things are happening here is the weekend in pictures there are lots but its a weekend in pictures so it's okay... enjoy!

Our cousin Gentry opening his mission call to Birmingham Alabama WOOO HOO! What a blessing it was to be there as a family to hear his call we are so blessed!

Everybody wants a little piece of the baby :) Grayson LOVES our nephew Tyke! Tyke kept wanting to hold him and Grayson was just fine with that. Both great Boys

Happenings

A MONTH... a whole month since I updated the blog! So much has happened so in a nutshell here are our past month of happenings not necessarily in order...
* After Moab & Graysons Blessing we headed to Idaho for the weekend to watch Rays little brother Brodie be the lead in the play the Music man he did AWESOME!
* Grayson got so sick and ended up getting RSV and we were in the doctors office 3 times in 8 days... they did one nebulizer treatment and a deep suction of his nose and luckily we caught it in enough time he didn't have to be in the hospital. We stayed in for a week and he is doing much much better. Poor little baby!
* My sweet Aunt Kay passed away :(
* Grayson started sleeping all through the night till 7AM HES GOLDEN!!!!
*The took the rental house we are living in off the market HUGE BLESSING we get to stay for another year I LOVE IT HERE I wish we never had to move :)
* I am no longer working LONG STORY but a HUGE BLESSING! I love being a Mom!
* Grayson started smiling
* He Loves to sit up and he loves to talk he is pretty much the best baby ever!
* School is over in 2 weeks and we can't wait!
* I finally finished Blazes scrapbook... only 2 years later I sure miss that little boy! His 2nd birthday is in a few weeks.
* Ray just went to Laramie WY for his Chem E car team they took 3rd place and will go to nationals in Minneapolis in the fall. He's so smart!
* Ray starts P&G on May 9th and we'll be back and forth living mostly in Howell for the summer :)
